A 1 hour yin yoga session followed by a sound bath using gongs and Himalayan bowls. Yin yoga is a passive and calming form of yoga where we hold stretching poses for 3-5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues and promoting a relaxation response. The sound bath helps us to reach an even deeper level of relaxation by bathing in sound waves in a meditative state. You are advised to please bring a blanket and pillow.
